Available Full-Time Positions Include:

Event Operations Supervisor: Must be able to oversee day-to-day facility operations, including event setups, ice maintenance, and building systems, while ensuring safety and efficiency standards are met. Must be able to supervise and train staff, resolve operational issues, and support events in a fast-paced environment. Click for more details and to apply.

Event Manager: Must be able to coordinate and oversee all aspects of assigned events, serving as the primary liaison between clients and venue departments to ensure seamless event execution. Must be able to manage event logistics, communicate effectively with clients and staff, resolve issues in a fast-paced environment, and deliver exceptional customer service. Available Part-Time Positions Include:

Guest Experience Lead Supervisor: Must be able to lead and supervise event staff in their assigned roles. Must be able to assist with setup of security equipment, signage, and event areas. Must be able to respond to guest concerns and ensure smooth event operations. Must be able to oversee check-in and check-out of staff as required. Click for more details and to apply.

Guardian Lead: Must be able to oversee event security operations, including managing security screening locations, supervising staff, and ensuring all safety and access control procedures are followed. Must be able to respond to operational and emergency situations, resolve guest concerns, and support a safe and secure environment during events. Click for more details and to apply.

Housekeeping: Perform essential cleaning duties throughout the arena to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Responsibilities include sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, trash removal, cleaning restrooms, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, wiping down arena seating, etc. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Catering Lead: Must be able to oversee catering items with catering attendants regarding menu, wines, and dressings. Must be able to deliver, and present food to clients in a professional and efficient manner. Must be able to provide quality service to sit-down banquets. Catering Attendant: Must be able to converse with customers regarding menu, wines, and dressings. Must be able to deliver, and present food to clients in a professional and efficient manner. Operations Staff: Responsible for the conversion from event to event. Work involves, but not limited to, moving equipment, setting up equipment such as stages, basketball floor, hockey dasher walls and some forklift operation. Responsible for ensuring equipment is set up according to manufacturer guidelines and Company policy. Click for more details and to apply.

Guest Experience Representative: Provide the primary level of guest assistance throughout the venue. Required to have a thorough knowledge of building policies and procedures and event requirements. Distribute venue information and updates. Serve as ticket taker and/or usher distributing programs and escorting patrons to their appropriate seats. Bartender:  This is a flexible position designed for anyone that has occasional evening and weekends available to work. Events range from concerts, Broadway type shows, & sporting events. The ideal candidate will have the relevant bartending, customer service, and cash handling experience. Click for more details and to apply.

Cook: The position is Part-Time event based and requires a flexible schedule, which includes some weekends and holidays. With a heavy event schedule upcoming, we are looking for both line and prep cooks. The primary duties of Cook position is to work in the main kitchen areas preparing food items for the facility. Audio Visual Technician: Under general supervision of Technical Services Manager, assists in work assignments for all technical aspects of the facility. May also report to Technical Services Lead as well when Technical Services Manager is unavailable. Click for more details and to apply.

Ticket Seller: Under general supervision of the Box Office Manager, processes ticket sales, assists guests with ticketing questions, and maintains accurate cash and sales records. May also assist with group sales and other duties as assigned. Click for more details and to apply.
