About Brookshire Grocery Arena

Brookshire Grocery Arena, located on the banks of the Red River in Bossier City, LA, has remained one of the South’s top entertainment destinations since opening its doors in 2000, welcoming more than 7,000,000 guests.

Built on the vision of former Mayor George Dement and Bossier City public officials, Brookshire Grocery Arena is a 270,000-square-foot facility with a capacity of approximately 14,000 guests.

Owned by the City of Bossier City, and managed by Legends Global, Brookshire Grocery Arena features world-class concerts, family shows, ice-skating shows, motor sports, rodeos, conventions, graduations, religious and community events, as well as other special events.

Brookshire Grocery Arena offers two large food courts located on a 35-foot-wide concourse area, over 200 restroom facilities, and more than 4000 parking spaces. Fans experience the center-hung videoboard, showing close-up action and instant replays, as well as the arena’s four ribbon boards providing stats and game details, all while enjoying the comfort of the arena’s fully upholstered seating. The venue also offers 16 Luxury Suites just 20 rows from the action, including private restrooms, upscale seating, wet bars and storage, and access to premium food and beverage menus.

Brookshire Grocery Arena is conveniently located just five miles from the center of both Shreveport and Bossier City, 13 miles from Shreveport Regional Airport (SHV), and is accessible via parkways along both sides of the river. The facility is also ideally situated close to some of the country’s most exciting casinos, such as Boomtown, Margaritaville, Horseshoe, Live! Casino & Hotel, Sam’s Town, Bally’s, and Louisiana Downs.
